Next week, on Monday, March 9, Mario Kart Tour will be getting real-time multiplayer on Android and iOS. The mode supports eight players in local or online co-op. You’ll be able to create lobbies, and use matchmaking to play against others online. If you have location services turned on for Mario Kart Tour, you’ll also be able to challenge nearby players. Free players have access to standard races, whose rules change every day. Gold Pass subscribers, however, get access to the faster Gold Races. The Mario Kart Tour Gold Pass, for reference, is a £5 per month subscription. Multiplayer goes live at 3am on Monday.
