If you’re going to be playing Monster Hunter World: Iceborne this weekend, then you should consider doing The Wrath of Thunder Descends questline, which is one of the Full Bloom event quests. There’s a good chance you’ll get a bunch of Level 4 decorations that you’ve been after, so it’s well worth farming a few times.
It’s a Master Rank mission, and you’ll need to be Master Rank Level 24 or higher to take part, so if you can’t find it, you might need to grind it out some more to reach that level. It’s a timed mission and if you faint three times it will end, and you’ll be up against the likes of Zinogre, Aptonoth, Jagras, Mernos and Gajalaka. With all that in mind, let’s take a look at what you’ll be doing.
How to complete The Wrath of Thunder Descends and farm decorations
As per the norm, you’ll need to defeat a monster to complete this quest and you’ll have 50 minutes to do so. Completing this quest will net you a decent amount of Zenny and you’ll also get a big bunch of decorations at the end including Flawless Jewels, Gobbler Jewels, Friendship/ Expert Jewels and more between Level 2-4. Most runs will net you five or more decorations at any given time so if a low number drops, run it again and you’ll likely have more success.
While you might not get every decoration you’re looking for, it seems to drop a varied, decent range that should help you towards the particular build you’re after. The Full Bloom festival is underway and you’ve got up until May 7 to take part in it, which means you’ve got a great opportunity to earn a ludicrous amount of decorations.
